Crush
The Mirror
About the workshop
In the exhibition, we seek to construct an exit from the mirrored maze of “language becoming hyper-affirmative.”
Artist Kaixiang Zhang manifests this abstract philosophical reflection through the visceral, physical act of a falling spoon—a decisive “Crack.”
In this space, we no longer carefully maintain that sweet, hardened social shell. We refuse to mirror back; we simply crack it, crunch it, and swallow it down!
To complete this sensory journey, the artist presents two conceptual desserts, thoughtfully paired with a specially curated exhibition drink.
